The proposed work and charges are explained before work proceeds. Repair labor is covered by a 60-day warranty, and replacement parts are covered by a 90-day warranty.

Ask about the recommended part, expected next steps and the next steps before authorizing the repair. When requesting service, mention any error code, when the problem began and whether it affects the refrigerator compartment, freezer compartment or both.

Refrigerator Repair Pricing

The service call is $89 for the entire visit. If you approve the repair, this amount is credited toward the agreed repair total rather than added on top. There is no distance or travel surcharge within our service area.
