This service is for replacing an appliance using ready connections, rather than creating a new installation location or preparing new plumbing and electrical connections.

When requesting replacement, provide the new appliance's brand and model, explain how the existing unit is connected and mention any access restrictions. Confirm the scope of the replacement and what needs to be ready before arranging the visit.

Parts availability depends on the appliance model and the required repair. Repair labor is covered by a 60-day warranty, and replacement parts are covered by a 90-day warranty.

The service call is $89 for the entire visit. If you approve the repair, this amount is credited toward the agreed repair total rather than added on top. There is no distance or travel surcharge within our service area.
